NOISE COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATION PROCEDURES

Unusual aircraft-related noise may be reported by calling the Noise Hotline at (214) 670-6610.

This phone is staffed 24 hours a day by airport operations personnel who will record the incident and initiate an investigation of the circumstances.

Please note the date and time of the incident to ensure the correct aircraft is identified. Citizens may also issue a complaint online.
