A Note To Our Travelers
The past two months have certainly been unprecedented and unpredictable at Dallas Love Field, in the aviation world and in our lives overall.
It seemed like almost overnight we went from a bustling airport preparing for Spring Break to closed concessions and dwindling passenger counts.
Through it all, we’ve been here for you, ensuring our terminal is ready for crowds big and small. Our teams have worked around the clock to identify threats, deep clean the facility and improve the customer experience.
We’ve had to scale back some of the amenities we often offer you, such as concessions, parking options and lost and found. We’ll return these services when the time is right.
Social distancing will be the new normal for quite some time to come. We’ve placed signage on the floor at the security checkpoint and throughout the terminal to create a safe environment.
We miss you just as much as you miss traveling and can’t wait to see you again. When you are ready to travel, you’ll find a clean and safe terminal and the same smiling faces ready to assist you every step of the way.
