Dallas Love Field (DAL) is once again among North America's top three large airports with the highest customer satisfaction scores. 

The J.D. Power 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study announced the prestigious achievement in a September 2025 press release.  

DAL last stood on the podium in 2022, after landing in fourth place in 2023 and 2024. The airport ranked number one in 2018.  

“Dallas Love Field consistently ranks high in traveler satisfaction because of the relative ease in navigating our airport from check-in to boarding and from landing to departure,” City of Dallas Aviation Director Patrick Carreno explained. “We have managed to maintain that essential element even as we’ve seen an exponential growth in passenger volume in recent years. We also boast a well-stocked and varied concessions program with unique shopping and dining options.” 

The 2025 J.D. Power study compiles over 30,000 survey responses from U.S. and Canadian travelers regarding their airport departure and arrival experiences.
