Biegler brings over 15 years of aviation experience to DAL, with practical expertise in each field he leads. Most recently, before joining DAL, he served as Assistant General Manager of Operations and Regulatory Compliance at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where he oversaw safe, secure, and efficient aircraft and passenger operations at the world’s busiest airport.

“They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that couldn’t be truer at Dallas Love Field. The opportunities for growth and innovation here are significant, and I am excited to collaborate with the team as we prepare for the future,” said Biegler.

In the organization’s newly created role, Biegler directs DAL’s Airport Operations, Security, Safety, and Emergency Management divisions and is responsible for all public safety functions and emergency readiness at the airport. Additionally, he serves as the airport’s primary contact for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and city police, fire, and security services.

Aside from his role in Atlanta, his previous experience includes various positions, ranging from senior executive management to frontline operations, at Tampa International Airport, Pensacola International Airport, and Denver International Airport.

“We’re extremely fortunate to have Jordan join us at Dallas Love Field. He has an extensive understanding of airport operations, and his forward-thinking mindset is exactly what we need as we transition into the Love Field Expansion Airport Program,” said Patrick Carreno, Director of Aviation.

As an avid learner, Biegler holds three degrees: a master’s degree in public administration from the University of South Florida, a master’s degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a bachelor’s degree in aviation science and administration from Western Michigan University. He also maintains multiple professional credentials, including Accredited Airport Executive, Certified Emergency Manager, and Facility Management Professional, which enhance his comprehensive knowledge of aviation administration and management.
